Established in 1904, J.J. O'Conner Florists, was the oldest business in the area until they closed down in early 2000's. The space is currently occupied by Mission Pie.

Moe Gavin owner of Palace Steak House. Under new ownership, the restaurant is now called Palace Family Steak House. Gary Puccineli of Mission Gift Shop. This family run business has been closed since 2007. Dana Puccineli owner of Dana's Bridal Shop. This family run business has been closed since 2007. Godofredo Cruz owner of Godofredo's Jewelry on 22nd and Valencia. Victor Navarrette of Cafe Radio Habana Social Club on Valencia Street. Gary Arlington of S.F. Comic Book Shop, one of the first Comic Book shops in the nation is currently closed. Rafael Porras of Rafael's Tailor Shop on 22nd and Valencia has moved to a less commercial area.
